Welcome to our Camping and Glamping Site. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and visits. By making a booking or visiting our site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments

1.1 Booking Process:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings can be made online or via phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

1.2 Payment:

A deposit of 20% is payable at the time of the booking if the booking is made more than 30 days prior. We must then receive the balance 4 weeks before your holiday begins. Full payment is required if a booking is made less than 30 days prior. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, BACS or any other methods as outlined during the booking process.

1.3 Group Bookings:

For group bookings of more than 12 people, special terms may apply. Please contact us for further details.

1.4 Minimum Stay:

A minimum stay requirement may apply during peak seasons, weekends, or for certain accommodations.

Cancellations and Amendments

2.1 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of £15.00.
  • Cancellations made within 15-30 days of arrival will be subject to 50% booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or after the booking start date will be subject to 100% booking fee
  • No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.

2.2 Amendments to Booking:

Amendments to your booking can be made up to 30 days before the arrival date, subject to availability and an amendment fee. Changes requested after this period may be subject to additional charges or denied.

2.3 Force Majeure:

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will aim to offer an alternative date or a voucher for future stays.

Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in Time:

Check-in is from 2.00 PM for the campsite and 3.00PM for the glamping accommodation. It is self-check in, but we can be contacted on 01373 762076 if you encounter any problems.

3.2 Check-out Time:

Check-out is by 10.00AM. Late check-out may incur an additional charge and must be agreed upon in advance.

3.3 Arrival and Departure:

Please adhere to the specified arrival and departure times to avoid disrupting other guests. Early arrivals or late departures may be charged at the daily rate.

Site Rules

4.1 Noise Policy:

We operate a quiet site. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 9.30PM and 8.00AM.

4.2 Pets:

Pets are welcome in designated areas or accommodations, but must be kept on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional pet fees may apply.

4.3 Fires and BBQs:

Open fires are not allowed unless in designated fire pits. BBQs must be raised off the ground to prevent damage. Any fire safety instructions must be adhered to.

4.4 Waste Disposal:

Please dispose of rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins provided. Guests are expected to leave their pitch, accommodation, and communal areas clean and tidy. A fee may be charged if this is not adhered to.

4.5 Respect for Nature:

Please respect the natural environment. Do not disturb wildlife, damage trees, or leave litter.

Health and Safety

5.1 Safety Rules:

Guests must comply with all safety notices and instructions from staff. We reserve the right to remove any guests not adhering to safety regulations or engaging in dangerous behaviour.

5.2 First Aid:

Basic first aid is available at the site office. For emergencies, dial 111 or 999.

5.3 Children:

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. The site does not accept liability for injury or accidents.

Property and Liability

6.1 Site Property:

Guests are expected to take care of the site’s property, including cabins, tents, and communal areas. Damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.

6.2 Personal Property:

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles.

6.3 Loss or Injury:

We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property on-site, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

Accommodation Guidelines

7.1 Occupancy:

Only the number of people stated at the time of booking may occupy the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted and may result in termination of the stay without refund.

7.2 Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodations. Smoking is permitted outside.

7.3 Housekeeping:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation during their stay. A extra cleaning fee may be charged for accommodations left in an excessively dirty or damaged condition.

7.4 Damages:

Any damage to the accommodation, site facilities, or equipment must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements due to misuse or negligence.

Site Facilities and Amenities

8.1 Communal Facilities:

Our site provides shared facilities such as shower blocks, wash up and recreational areas. Please respect other guests when using these areas and ensure that they are left clean.

8.2 Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi may be available but cannot be guaranteed in all areas. Speeds and connectivity may vary.

8.3 Parking:

Parking is provided at designated areas on the site. Please follow staff directions and park responsibly. We accept no liability for any damage or theft of vehicles.

Conduct and Behaviour

9.1 Code of Conduct:

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests, staff, and the environment. Antisocial behaviour, including excessive noise, intoxication, or harassment, will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave site.

9.2 Termination of Stay:

We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay, without a refund, if they violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in illegal activities, or cause harm to others.

Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Use:

Any personal information you provide during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10.2 CCTV:

Our site is monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes. By visiting, you consent to the use of surveillance for these purposes.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

11.1 Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of guests to review the Terms before their stay.
